Considering not purchasing another GMC/Chevrolet vehicle due to the poor service for warranty work or repairs needed. This is my 4th brand new purchase from GMC and by far the worst operation in the service department. They have poor time management. I’ve learned making an appointment is worthless as they still want to keep your vehicle for days before even getting to it and then you are still expected to bring it back for the repairs with the same terms. Not at all practical for those of us who rely on our vehicles daily.

Lo reporte porque me di cuenta antes de salir porque todo el aceite en el piso abajo de mi camioneta era bastante. Si lo limpiaron pero no del todo bien muy mala experiencia en esta ocasión difícilmente volveré!!!!

I had an 8:30 appointment at Keller Motors Hanford for routine maintenance. I requested new tires for my vehicle since I knew the tires were getting worn and I had one tire that was flat and had to be replaced. They were able to order the tires for me and I was told the tires would be in between 12 and 3 pm. They did a really good job getting everything done. I was a little disappointed that the technician did not reset my sensors after waiting all day for the tires. Another gentleman was kind enough to come out and reset the sensors for me. Vanessa was amazing and stayed on them to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. She was great at keeping me updated. If it wasn't for her I might not have thought this was a positive experience. Since I live in Visalia I waited in Hanford all day for my vehicle. Thank you for a great job!

Purchasing the truck was like normal, long and slow. I was very disappointed after purchasing my truck. They were supposed to get it cleaned up but they just wet it and let it dry in the sun, the dash was dusty and windows had finger prints on them, they didn’t even try to make it look decent. Also they removed the LoJack system, which I didn’t want but they left the wire just hanging. I was completely disappointed. After spending 45k you think they would take the time make things presentable.

Its the second time my vehicle was kept overnight, leaving me with no transportation to get around the following day. The service advisor could have done a better job communicating with me about status. I had to call twice to find out the latest. Also, I was unable to use my rewards because the system was down. This was a $1100 service and I could have much benefited using my rewards.

i set up a appointment 2 weeks ahead of time, i drove 67 mins to get there from out of town, after giving them the truck to inspect a bang sound coming from the transmission during shifting, i sat there for 4 hours without the truck being looked at! when the truck was looked at it, it took him 15 mins for the test drive, he came back parked it out front in the parking lot, went back to work on some one else's car, never said a word to me or the service adjuster, i waited a extra 55 mins for nothing, i got mad told them i want my bill and keys now im tired of waiting and im hungry, i was there a total of 6 hours with an appointment (why make a appointment if Im still waiting 6 hours?) and he said said there was nothing, thats why i waisted 6hrs of my life to bring my pride and joy to them for a inspection, no respect for customers, just left me hanging and hungry waiting for no results! that's why I said he needed him to ride with me during test drive so I can point out the problem, I also asked for a appraisal on my current truck for I may in the market for a another new one, that never happened either, ill look somewhere else, and by the way, 3 seconds after I left the sound from my transmission banging was still there clear as day

Took my truck in numerous times for the same issue. The cameras on my truck went out so I originally took it in April 28th. The truck went back in another 3 times. Each time the service department said the issue was fixed when it wasn’t. The cameras still don’t work and I’ve been waiting to a loaner vehicle to take it back in but that was three weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back.

I had an appointment for 9 am. I arrived at 9:00 am and waited over 15 minutes for my truck to be checked in. The person working with me never once called me over the 2 days my truck was there so that I could get an update or to let me know what was being done. I called the person to find out when my truck would be ready. She told me it was ready. I arrived their and my keys and invoice were not with the lady who was taking my payment. In fact, my truck was still in she shop and wasn't ready.

Was told 1-2 hours. After 3 hours I checked in because I was not given an update. Took 4 hours to do an oil change and fuel filter. Managing expectations is a huge portion of customer satisfaction across all industries. I would have been fine with the 4 hours had I had a heads up. I would have had a ride had I known I’d be there that long. I also would have liked an update that there was a delay.
